How do I return my order?

Your order summary will arrive with your order. This order summary will include a pre-addressed shipping label. 

If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Within 60 days, re-package your unworn shoes with a copy of the packing slip inside the box and place the provided return shipping label on the outside of the box. Item(s) must be returned in the original box (packaging).

2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items were received damaged or a shipping error was made by the shop. If this is the case please contact the shop upon receipt. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. the shop is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.

3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

How long will the return process take?

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
• The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
• Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
• Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
